Yes, it is possible to uniquely label each panel of the same size without manually inputting labeling name in the MaxCut program for Windows.
In the past it was working on Windows XP but the download on Windows 7 is not working.

The MaxCut works on the following Windows version: MaxCut requires Windows 7 or higher. As you can see, Windows 7 is fully supported which means that you have an outdated version of MaxCut.
I strongly recommend downloading the latest version from its official website to be able to enjoy compatibility on Windows 7.
I cannot load the MaxCut software on my PC: Windows 7, 64-bit, i7 processor. I could load this on my previous PC that was a 32-Bit.

The last version of the software( v2.6 ) was tested on Windows 7 on 64-bit and worked flawlessly. I suggest you try to update your software to the latest version.
